Warranty Statement

If you have any questions about the products purchased from KINGRVER, please confirm whether you have filled out the warranty form to activate the warranty service, and provide us with feedback on the issues you have encountered. Our customer service team will contact you to provide after-sales support.

Warranty content

The warranty period for most of our products is 12-24 months.Before shipment, all products undergo double verification，Our testing engineers will conduct quality inspections, including checking the basic functionality, appearance, packaging, and necessary accessories of hardware and software.

When your product is damaged during the warranty period and requires repair, please contact the KINGRVER customer service team. We will provide repair or replacement of equipment or components based on your actual situation.

Warranty Limitations

• During the warranty period, all repair parts must be genuine KingRVer parts.
• All repairs or replacements must be performed by a qualified professional trained for the type of repair required.
• If a product component fails due to a manufacturing defect, KingRVer will either repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion, as determined by the KingRVer Support Team.
• KingRVer does not authorize any person or company to assume any obligation or liability related to the product replacement.

Important Note Regarding Labor Charges: This limited warranty solely covers defective product hardware and replacement components supplied by KingRVer. All costs associated with unit installation, removal, disassembly, on-site repair labor, technician service fees, and transportation fees are excluded from warranty coverage and shall be borne solely by the customer or service technician.
